This clarification text aims to protect fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals, primarily privacy, in the processing of personal data.6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (“KVKK”)” ve “Regulation on the Principles and Procedures to be Complied with in the Fulfillment of the Obligation of Informingas the data controller in accordance with Macitler Mobilya Mimarlık Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi Prepared by (“Macitler Furniture”).

4. Method and Legal Reason for Collecting Personal Data

Your personal data is collected in verbal, written, or electronic form for the continuity of our commercial activities and to ensure that our activities and services can be provided in accordance with the purposes stated above, and to fulfill our obligations arising from contracts and legislation without any deficiencies.

5. Rights of the Data Subject Listed in Article 11 of Law No. 6698

As a personal data owner, according to Article 11 of the KVKK:

• Learn whether your personal data is being processed,
• Request information regarding if your personal data has been processed,
• Learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with that purpose,
• Know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad.

Depending on the nature of your request, your applications will be completed free of charge as soon as possible and within a maximum of thirty days; however, if the transaction requires an additional cost, a fee may be charged from you according to the tariff to be determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
