3. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION INFORMATION TEXT FOR INDIVIDUALS

This information text has been prepared by Macitler Furniture Architecture Industry and Trade Limited Company ("Company") in its capacity as data controller in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") and the Communiqué on Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfillment of the Obligation to Inform.

This information text aims to provide details regarding the procedures and principles for the processing of personal data collected through closed-circuit recording systems used at the Company's locations within the scope of KVKK, and to inform about security measures for the protection of personal data privacy, fundamental rights, and the legitimate interests of individuals in monitoring areas.

1. Processed Personal Data

The following personal data is processed in relation to your relationship with the Company:
• Physical Space Security Provision: visitor entry and exit record information, camera recordings.

2. Purpose of Processing Personal Data

The Company processes your visual data from camera recordings in accordance with the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK, for the purposes of ensuring security within the company, resolving legal disputes, presenting evidence in potential conflicts, and transferring to judicial authorities or relevant law enforcement agencies upon request in accordance with relevant legislation.

3. Transfer of Processed Personal Data

Your personal data may be shared with official institutions and organizations, courts, and law enforcement agencies within the country for the purposes stated in Article 2 of this Information Text, in accordance with the provisions regarding the transfer of personal data in KVKK.

4. METHODS AND LEGAL REASONS FOR COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data is collected, stored, and processed during the establishment of a legal relationship with the Company and throughout the duration of this relationship, based on physical, written, and verbal means, in accordance with the provisions of Articles 5, 6, and 8 of the Law and the legal compliance reasons stated below:

• It is mandatory for the fulfillment of a legal obligation,
• It is necessary for the establishment, use, or protection of a right,
• It is necessary for the processing of data for legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not violate the fundamental rights and freedoms of the related individual.

You can submit your requests pursuant to your legal rights as stipulated in the KVKK and other relevant legislation directly by hand to our address at Madenler Mah. Fetih Sk. No: 7 Ümraniye Istanbul, or you can send them via a notary. Additionally, you can also send your request to bilgi@macitler.com.tr using your registered electronic mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or the electronic mail address you have previously provided to us and is registered in our systems, in accordance with Article 5 of the "Communiqué on Principles and Procedures for Application to the Data Controller."

Your applications will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of your request; however, if the process incurs an additional cost, a fee may be charged from you according to the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
