INFORMATION TEXT ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA FOR THIRD PARTIES
This information text has been prepared by Macitler Mobilya Mimarlık Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi (“Company”), acting as the data controller, in accordance with the “Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“LPPD”), which aims to protect the fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals, especially the right to privacy, in the processing of personal data, and the “Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Complied with in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform”.
This Disclosure Statement provides details on the procedures and principles regarding the processing of personal data collected through closed-circuit recording systems used at Company locations within the scope of the KVKK and provides information on security measures to protect the confidentiality of personal data, fundamental rights and legitimate interests of those in the monitoring areas.

1. Personal Data Processed
Within the scope of your relationship with the company, the following personal data is processed;
• Ensuring Physical Space Security: visitor entry and exit registration information, camera recordings.
2. Purpose of Processing Personal Data
The Company processes your visual data regarding camera recordings within the scope of the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK for the purposes of ensuring security within the company, resolving legal disputes, presenting them as evidence in a possible dispute, and transferring them to judicial authorities or relevant law enforcement agencies upon request in accordance with the relevant legislation.
3. Transfer of Processed Personal Data
Your personal data may be shared with domestic official institutions and organizations, courts, and law enforcement forces for the purposes set out in Article 2 of this Information Text, within the scope of the provisions of the KVKK regarding the transfer of personal data.
4. Methods of Collecting Personal Data and Legal Reasons
Your personal data is collected, stored and processed from you during the establishment of your legal relationship with the Company and during the continuation of the said relationship, in physical, written and verbal form, within the scope of the purposes stated above, and based on the legal compliance reasons listed in the provisions of Articles 5, 6 and 8 of the Law and listed below.
• It is mandatory to fulfill the legal obligation,
• Data processing is mandatory for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right,
• Data processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the relevant person.
In accordance with your legal rights stipulated within the KVKK and other legislation, you can personally deliver your requests to our address Madenler Mah. Fetih Sk. No: 7 Ümraniye İstanbul with a petition, or you can deliver them through a notary. In addition, in accordance with Article 5 of the “Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller”, you can forward them to bilgi@macitler.com.tr using the registered electronic mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature or the electronic mail address that you have previously notified to our Company and that is registered in our systems.
Depending on the nature of your request, your applications will be finalized free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest; however, if the process requires an additional cost, you may be charged a fee according to the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
