INFORMATION TEXT ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA REGARDING EMPLOYEE CANDIDATES
This information text is prepared in accordance with the " Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("KVKK") " and the " Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Complied with in Fulfilling the Information Obligation ", which aims to protect the fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals, especially the privacy of private life, in the processing of personal data. Prepared by Macitler Furniture Architecture Industry and Trade Limited Company (“Company”).
1. Personal Data Processed
Within the scope of your relationship with the company, the following personal data is processed;
• Your Identity Information: Name and surname, place of birth, date of birth, marital status, driver's license information,
• Your Contact Information: address, e-mail, telephone, mobile phone,
• Data Regarding Your Education, Work and Professional Life: Work history, educational information, professional competencies, interests and hobbies, interview and employment evaluations, interview and employment evaluations,
• Your Family Status Data: Marital status of individuals, number of children, data regarding spouse and relatives (such as identity, education, etc.)
• Your Data Regarding the Security of Our Company Facilities: Data such as CCTV records, visitor records, facility entry and exit records,

• Special Data: Personal health information, information on disability status, criminal convictions and data on security measures.
2. Purpose of Processing Personal Data
Within the scope of your relationship with the company, your personal data is processed for the purposes of evaluating your job application and ensuring physical location security.
3. Transfer of Processed Personal Data
Your personal data may be transferred to domestic official institutions and organizations, law enforcement forces, domestic business partners and our affiliates for the purposes set out in Article 2 of this Information Text within the scope of the provisions of the KVKK regarding the transfer of personal data domestically and internationally.
4. Methods of Collecting Personal Data and Legal Reasons
Your personal data is collected, stored and processed from you, third parties and legal authorities via the internet, telephone, e-mail and physical, written, verbal and electronic media during the establishment of your business relationship with the Company and during the continuation of the said relationship, for the purposes stated above, and based on the legal compliance reasons listed in Articles 5, 6 and 8 of the KVKK and listed below.
• Your explicit consent is available,
• The processing of personal data of the parties to a contract is necessary, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or execution of a contract, to be able to provide the requested products and services and to fulfill the requirements of the contracts you have concluded,
• Fulfilling our legal obligations as data controller,
• It has been made public by the relevant person himself,
• Data processing is mandatory for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right,
• Data processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the relevant person.
Your special personal data is collected, stored and processed based on the following legal reasons:
• Your explicit consent is available,
• Personal data other than health, without explicit consent in cases stipulated by law,
• Personal data related to health can only be disclosed for the purposes of protecting public health, providing preventive medicine, medical diagnosis, treatment and care services, planning and managing health services and their financing, by persons or authorized institutions and organizations under a confidentiality obligation, without the explicit consent of the person concerned.
5. Rights of the Person Whose Personal Data is Processed
Pursuant to the provisions of Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data.
• Learning whether personal data is being processed,
• Request information regarding the processing of personal data,
• To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
• Knowing the third parties to whom personal data is transferred, either domestically or abroad,
• Request correction of personal data in case it is processed incompletely or incorrectly,
• Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data,
• Request that third parties to whom personal data has been transferred be notified of the correction, deletion or destruction of personal data,
• To object to the emergence of a result against the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automatic systems,
• To request compensation in case of damages due to processing of personal data in violation of KVKK.

Depending on the nature of your request, your applications will be finalized free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest; however, if the process requires an additional cost, you may be charged a fee according to the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
