Natural Stone Usage
Marble Care and Cleaning:
Natural stone requires more care in maintenance and cleaning compared to other materials.
Synthetic-based cleaners and bleach should not be used on marble surfaces. One of the biggest mistakes is using a lime scale remover for marble cleaning. Using a lime scale remover on marble, which is composed of limestone, can quickly erode the marble, causing deep damage and rendering it unusable. To preserve the natural appearance of your unique and distinctive marble items and products for a long time, it's essential to follow some cleaning and maintenance tips.
Marble Care Tips:
Clean your marble table gently. Use a soft cloth and the foam of mild soapy water. Regularly cleaning with a damp cloth will keep your marble table in good condition without needing special cleaning requirements. Brushes and non-soft cleaning tools can scratch the marble.
Ensure that you only use cleaning products with a pH value of zero, as products containing acid can cause scratches or discoloration on the surface. Avoid using lime scale removers, hydrochloric acid, vinegar, abrasive, scratching, or stripping cleaners on your marble table.
To prevent stains on marble tables and surfaces, use protective items like coasters and trivets.
Marble has a slightly porous structure and can absorb liquids. Clean any spills on your marble table as soon as possible to prevent the stain from penetrating the marble.
Additionally, strong colored substances like coffee, cumin, and curry, as well as green vegetables, should be cleaned immediately upon contact. This will help you maintain your marble table without the need for strong detergents.
After cleaning your marble table, avoid leaving it wet. Preferably, dry it with a microfiber cloth.
Protect marble from scratches. Sharp and pointed objects, as well as furniture, can damage marble products.
Avoid vinegar. Although vinegar is a natural cleaning agent for many surfaces, it is unsuitable for marble due to its corrosive effects.
For light-colored marble, hydrogen peroxide is a practical alternative for natural cleaning. If you want to polish your marble, use chamois leather. Chamois cloths are the quickest solution for polishing marble surfaces.
All these warnings are for informational and precautionary purposes. Regardless, marble is a natural, hard material that will maintain its beauty for years, even centuries, and add elegance and aesthetics to your spaces.
In general, any errors, defects, and issues that arise from using the product for purposes other than intended are not covered by the warranty.
Warranty and Return Conditions:
Inspect your marble table or marble products by hand and visually at the time of delivery.
After delivery, the responsibility for marble products lies directly with the customer. As marble is a brittle material, it does not come with a warranty.
Improper protection of marble can lead to staining.
Marble can be scratched by hard objects. Returns will not be accepted for stains or scratches on marble. Marble is a natural product, and patterns, veins, and colors may vary.
Marble products are custom-made, so returns will not be accepted due to color veins or patterns. As marble is a natural stone, intervention in its veins, color, or patterns is never allowed.

In products made from natural wood or natural wood veneer, color and tone variations are normal. Even the modules within the purchased set may have color and tone differences. 5. General Usage Warnings:

Regularly lubricate mechanical parts such as slides and rails with machine oil to ensure smooth operation.
Keep purchased products away from direct heat sources (stoves, radiators, etc.) and direct sunlight.
When moving products within your home or to a new residence, empty the storage areas and avoid dragging them. Always seek assistance from authorized personnel for moving.

For products with drawers, ensure items placed in the drawer do not obstruct opening and closing.
Regularly check and tighten drawer handles as they may loosen over time.
Do not exceed the specified storage weight limit for drawer storage. If not specified, do not overfill the drawer.
For wall units and display cabinets, mount them on a flat surface and use appropriate screws and fittings. Do not place items other than books or ornaments on the shelves. Secure wall units to the wall to prevent tipping. Check that electrical devices are unplugged before cleaning.
